Creating and Managing a Bed Bath & Beyond Store

Bed Bath & Beyond is a retailer specializing in a vast array of home products. In June 2023, Overstock acquired Bed Bath & Beyond's brand, and subsequently rebranded its online presence as Bed Bath & Beyond.

Connecting a Bed Bath & Beyond Store

To connect a Bed Bath & Beyond store, follow these steps:

1. From the left sidebar, go to Directory › Stores.
2. In the upper right-hand corner, click on New Store.
3. Search for and select Bed Bath & Beyond.
4. Enter the same username and password you use to log in to the Supplier Oasis vendor portal.
5. For more information on general store settings, see Creating a New Self-Service Store.
6. Click Save to create the store.

Mapping Fulfillment Centers

Map each fulfillment center configured in Bed Bath & Beyond to its corresponding warehouse in Goflow. This ensures that incoming orders are routed to the correct warehouse in Goflow and that shipment notifications sent to Bed Bath & Beyond accurately reflect the warehouse from which orders shipped.

Mapping fulfillment centers is a two-step process:

Get the Fulfillment Center Name from Supplier Oasis

1. Log in to your Supplier Oasis vendor portal.
2. In the left sidebar, go to Account Settings › Fulfillment Centers.
3. Locate the desired fulfillment center, click the three-dot menu, and select Edit.
4. In the modal that opens, copy the Fulfillment Center Name.

Map the Fulfillment Center in Goflow

1. In Goflow, go to Directory › Stores, and open the Bed Bath & Beyond store.
2. On the Fulfillment Warehouses card, click the pencil icon to edit.
3. Click the plus (+) icon to add a new warehouse mapping.
4. Select the corresponding Goflow warehouse and paste the Fulfillment Center Name.
5. Click Save to apply the mapping.

Only orders from mapped fulfillment centers will be imported.

Managing Fulfilled by Store (SOFS) Orders

Fulfilled by Store (SOFS) orders are processed directly by Bed Bath & Beyond, and require no action within Goflow. Importing SOFS orders allows for inventory balancing, reporting, and analytics.

To enable SOFS order import, follow these steps:

1. In the left sidebar, navigate to Directory › Stores, and open the Bed Bath & Beyond store.
2. Locate the SOFS Orders Import setting in the Status card.
3. Click the pencil icon to edit, and set it to Enabled.
4. Specify the starting date for importing SOFS orders. You can go back up to the first day of the current month.
5. Click the Create SOFS Warehouse link to assign store-fulfilled orders to a dedicated SOFS warehouse.
6. Name the warehouse and click Save.
7. Finally, return to the Bed Bath & Beyond store page and Save the SOFS order import settings.

SOFS orders are imported in the Shipped status, provided that all listings are mapped. Orders containing unmapped listings will remain in review until all listings are mapped. To view SOFS orders in Goflow, use the Fulfilled By: Store filter on the main orders page.
