Exporting Shipment Boxes

The Order Shipments export provides details about the contents and specifications of each shipment box. To export order shipments, follow these steps:

1. From the left sidebar, go to Orders › Orders.
2. Apply filters to narrow down the orders you want to export.
3. Select specific orders, or click Select All to include all orders in the filtered view.
4. In the upper-right corner, click the Download icon and choose Export Order Shipments.

The export includes the following details:

• Products and quantities packed in each box
• Tracking number
• Final tracking number
• SSCC
• Weight and dimensions
• Carrier and shipping method
• Shipping cost per box
• Insured value per box

Final Tracking Number

Some shipping methods involve a handoff to a last-mile carrier, typically USPS, for final delivery. These methods get two tracking numbers, one from each carrier. The following shipping methods include a final tracking number:

• UPS Ground Saver (formerly UPS SurePost)
• UPS Mail Innovations
• FedEx Ground Economy (formerly FedEx SmartPost)
