Temu Buy Shipping

Goflow integrates with Temu Buy Shipping to help you purchase shipping labels and track shipments for your Temu orders.

Enabling Temu Buy Shipping

Follow these three steps to start purchasing labels through Temu:

Add a Shipping Account

  1. From the left sidebar, go to SettingsShipping.
  2. Click New Carrier in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select Temu Buy Shipping, then click Add Temu Buy Shipping.

If you have multiple Temu stores, you only need to complete this step once. The account will be available for all stores.

Assign the Shipping Account to the Store

  1. From the left sidebar, go to DirectoryStores, and open your Temu store.
  2. On the Shipping Accounts card, click Manage Accounts, then click Edit.
  3. Add the Temu Buy Shipping carrier and select the warehouses that will use it.
  4. Click Save to apply the shipping account to your Temu store.

Map Warehouse Codes

When purchasing shipping through Temu, Goflow must tell Temu the warehouse location the shipment is coming from. To do this, you need to map your Goflow warehouses to the warehouse codes set up in your Temu account. Follow these steps:

  1. In the left sidebar, go to DirectoryStores, and open your Temu store.
  2. On the Shipment Warehouses card, click the pencil icon to Edit.
  3. Click the plus (+) icon to add a new warehouse mapping.
  4. For each Temu warehouse code, select the corresponding Goflow warehouse.
  5. Click Save to apply your mappings.

If you add a new location in Temu, go to your Temu store in Goflow and click Refresh Store Warehouse Codes link in the Store Warehouse Codes card. Then proceed to map the new Temu location to the corresponding Goflow warehouse.
