Changing Order Shipping Details

Shipping details are first set when the order is created, whether the order is imported from a channel, entered manually, or uploaded by CSV.

You can update these details at any time, as long as the order is still open. This includes updating the shipping method, shipment dates, or third-party billing information.

Changing Shipping Details for a Single Order

To update shipping details for a single order, follow these steps:

  1. From the left sidebar, go to Orders › Orders, and open the order.
  2. Click the pencil icon next to Shipping.
  3. Select the desired carrier and shipping method.
  4. Update ship-by and deliver-by dates.
  5. Update the third-party billing account number.
  6. Click Save.

Changing Shipping Details for Multiple Orders

To update shipping details for multiple orders in bulk, follow these steps:

  1. From the left sidebar, go to Orders › Orders.
  2. Use Filters to narrow down the list of orders.
  3. Select specific orders or click Select All to include all orders in the filtered view.
  4. At the top of the page, click Actions, and select Change Shipping Details.
  5. If more than 500 orders are selected, confirm the total number to proceed.
  6. Select the desired carrier and shipping method.
  7. Update ship-by and deliver-by dates.
  8. Select whether to use third-party billing.
  9. Click Save to update the orders.

You cannot update the third-party billing account number in bulk. If you choose to use third-party billing, the account number is pulled from the store settings based on the selected carrier and warehouse.
