Connecting and Managing a DHL eCommerce Account

Goflow integrates with DHL eCommerce to offer a cost-effective shipping option for small and lightweight packages. DHL eCommerce supports:

Connecting a DHL eCommerce Shipping Account

To connect your DHL eCommerce account, request the DHL eCommerce Onboarding Form from your DHL representative. This form contains all the credentials required to connect the account to Goflow.

Once you have the form, follow these steps:

  1. Follow the general steps for adding a carrier account.
  2. From the list of carriers, select DHL, then choose DHL eCommerce.
  3. Enter the following details from the onboarding form:
    • Pickup Number
    • Origin Distribution Center
    • Client ID
    • Client Secret
  4. Name the account, and Save it.
