You can edit line items on an order to change the product, update the quantity, or adjust the price.
Order lines can only be edited while the order is in an Open status. If the order is on a pick list, remove it before making changes.
To edit order items, go to Orders › Orders, and open the order.
You cannot set the quantity to zero. To remove an item, delete the line entirely.
You can add, edit, or delete line items on orders created manually, uploaded via CSV, or submitted through the API. However, line items on imported channel orders are subject to restrictions to preserve channel synchronization and to ensure that shipment notifications are accepted.
Reimport the order to sync any changes made in the channel portal.
The product on a channel order line is determined by its listing mapping. If the store SKU is mapped to the wrong product, update the mapping to change the product and to ensure future orders import correctly.
If the mapping is correct but you need to substitute a different product for a specific order, you may change the item number directly on the order line. Note that if you do update the listing mapping later, only orders that still contain the previously mapped product are updated. Orders where the mapped product was manually substituted are not updated when the listing mapping changes.
You cannot change the product on lines with a unit of measure greater than one.
