Connecting and Managing a Temu Store

Temu is a popular platform known for its low prices and discounts across various product categories, including clothing, home decor, toys, and electronics.

Connecting a Temu Store

To connect a Temu store, follow these steps:

  1. From the left sidebar, go to DirectoryStores.
  2. In the upper right-hand corner, click on New Store, and select Temu.
  3. For more information on general store settings, see Creating a New Self-Service Store.
  4. Click Save to create the store.

The store will initially be in a Disconnected status. To connect the store, follow these steps:

  1. From the left sidebar, go to DirectoryStores, and select the Temu store.
  2. Scroll down to the Connection card, and click Connect.
  3. Click Where do I get this? for instructions on obtaining an API token from Temu.
  4. Paste the token into Goflow, then click Save.

Managing Temu Contract Pricing

Temu does not provide prices with either orders or listings. To accurately track profit and loss, you’ll need to update your listings with Contract Prices. The contract price, called the Base Price by Temu, is the amount Temu pays you as the seller. This is different from the price paid by the customer.

To import contract prices on Temu listings, follow these steps:

  1. From the left sidebar, go to DirectoryStores, and select the Temu store.
  2. Click the Import icon in the top-right corner, and click Import Contract Pricing.
  3. Click on the Columns Tab for instructions on exporting base prices from Temu Seller Center.
  4. Save the file to your drive and upload it.

Orders that don’t have a contract price will stay in Review status until the listing is updated with a price. Once you upload the contract prices, orders will automatically update and move out of Review. If you need to process orders before uploading prices, you can manually approve them by clicking Approve. After prices are uploaded, all open orders, including those manually approved, will be updated with the correct price.

Prices cannot be updated for Shipped orders.

Managing Temu Orders

Sellers are due a $2.99 shipping charge on orders where the customer paid less than $30. Temu flags eligible orders, and Goflow automatically applies the $2.99 charge.

You may split multi-line orders and fulfill each line from different warehouses. However, single-line orders with multiple quantities should not be split.

Shipping Temu Orders

Temu requires that USPS shipping labels be purchased through Temu Buy Shipping.

However, for now, Temu also accepts shipments through these carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon Shipping, and OnTrac.
