Creating and Managing a Temu Store

Temu is a popular platform known for its low prices and discounts across various product categories, including clothing, home decor, toys, and electronics.

  1. From the left sidebar, go to DirectoryStores.
  2. In the upper right-hand corner, click on New Store.
  3. Search for and select Temu.
  4. For more information on general store settings, see Creating a New Self-Service Store.
  5. Click Save to create the store.

The store will initially be in a Disconnected status. To connect the store, follow these steps:

  1. From the left sidebar, go to DirectoryStores, and select the Temu store.
  2. Scroll down to the Connection card, and click Connect.
  3. Click Where do I get this? for instructions on obtaining an API token from Temu.
  4. Paste the token into Goflow, then click Save.

Importing Temu Contract Pricing

Temu does not include prices with orders or listings. To accurately track profit and loss, import contract prices to your listings. This enables Goflow to apply prices to your orders. The contract price, referred to as the Base Price by Temu, is the amount Temu pays you as the seller, and differs from the price paid by the customer.

To import Temu contract prices, follow these steps:

  1. From the left sidebar, go to DirectoryStores, and select the Temu store.
  2. Click the Import icon in the top-right corner, and click Import Contract Pricing.
  3. Click the download icon, and select to download listings missing pricing.
  4. Enter the Temu base price in the Price column.
  5. Save the file to your drive and upload it.

Managing Temu Orders

Orders for listings missing a contract price will remain in Review status. Once prices are uploaded, the orders will be updated with the correct price and automatically move out of Review. If you need to get started with processing orders before you can upload prices, click the Approve button to manually move the order out of Review. After uploading prices, all open orders, including those that were manually approved, will be updated with the correct price. However, shipped orders cannot be updated.

Sellers are entitled to a $2.99 shipping charge on orders where the customer has paid less than $30. Temu identifies which orders qualify for this charge, and Goflow automatically applies the $2.99 shipping charge to eligible orders.

Temu allows you to split multi-line orders and fulfill each line from different warehouses. However, splitting single-line orders with multiple quantities is not permitted.

Temu accepts order shipments with the following carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon Shipping, and OnTrac.
