To ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction, orders must be processed promptly and shipped using a method that meets delivery expectations. Orders include two shipment dates:
Most sales channels provide only a latest ship-by or deliver-by date, aiming for the order to be delivered as soon as possible. However, some channels also impose an earliest deliver-by date for time-sensitive orders that must not arrive before a specified date.
To update order shipment dates, see changing shipping details.
Shipment dates are automatically imported for channel orders. For manual orders and CSV upload orders, you can set the shipment dates while you enter the order.
For channels that don't provide shipment dates for all or some orders, you can define your own ship-by date policy. Follow these steps:
Some channels include a specific time along with the ship-by date. If the time falls outside your warehouse operating hours, Goflow adjusts the ship-by date accordingly.
By default, your warehouse cut-off time is set to 5:00 PM EST. For orders with a ship-by time before 5:00 PM, Goflow will move the ship-by date one day earlier, since you don't have the full day to ship the order. If your cut-off time is updated to 2:00 PM, for instance, only orders with a ship-by time before 2:00 PM are moved up. Orders with later times will retain the original date.

To filter orders based on their shipment dates, follow these steps:
While creating pick lists, use the Time filter to find orders whose shipping should be prioritized.
