3PL Fulfillment Overview

If your inventory is stocked at a third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse, you can still unlock the full power of Goflow’s integration benefits. Goflow automates the following processes for 3PL fulfillment:

• Sync inventory between the 3PL warehouse and sales channels.
• Submit orders to the 3PL warehouse for fulfillment.
• Sync shipment tracking, or cancellations, between the 3PL warehouse and sales channels.

The general workflow for a 3PL integration is as follows:

1. Create a 3PL warehouse
2. Import 3PL products and inventory
3. Send 3PL inventory to sales channels
4. Import channel orders to 3PL warehouse
5. Submit orders to the 3PL warehouse
6. Goflow updates channel with shipment
