Goflow integrates with Happy Returns to let your customers return merchandise using a QR code instead of a printed shipping label. Customers bring their items and QR code to a participating Happy Returns collection facility, such as a UPS Store, where staff scan the code, verify the items, and arrange to ship them back to you.
Contact Happy Returns to create an account and finalize your agreement, including expected return volume and fees.
Once you receive your Retailer ID, connect your account to Goflow:
Create the return in Goflow on behalf of the customer. Enter the items and quantities being returned.
Make sure each product has an image and a UPC. Happy Returns uses these details to identify and verify the items at the drop-off location.
Although the return address is required to create the QR code, the return will always be shipped to the address configured with Happy Returns, regardless of the address selected here.
If SMTP settings are configured in Goflow, the QR code is automatically emailed to the customer as soon as it is created. To configure email, go to Settings › Profile › SMTP Settings.
You can also download the QR code as a PDF at any time and send it to the customer manually.
The customer brings the QR code and items to a participating Happy Returns collection facility. Happy Returns partners with UPS to create a shipping label.
After a UPS tracking number is assigned, it appears on the return in Goflow under Activity › Shipping Labels.
