Goflow provides a comprehensive set of tools for creating and managing Amazon Seller USA listings, including:
These features allow you to efficiently create, update, and manage Amazon listings from within Goflow.
Select Create New ASIN when creating a listing using any of the following workflows:
Continue by entering the listing attributes.
If the product already exists on Amazon, you can create a listing by attaching your offer to the existing ASIN. Follow these steps:
The listing remains in Pending status until Amazon confirms that the listing has been successfully created.
When selling in multiple Amazon regions, such as the United States, Canada, and Mexico, assign a unique SKU for each marketplace. Using the same SKU across regions can cause inventory conflicts, as inventory updates sent to one marketplace may overwrite quantities in other regions that use the same SKU.
One common approach is to append a marketplace code to the SKU. For example: ABC123-US, ABC123-CA, ABC123-MX.
Amazon listings include many attributes, which can make the page difficult to navigate. While entering listing attributes, you can simplify the view by selecting Only show required attributes on the Manage Listings page. This hides optional attributes and displays only the attributes currently required by Amazon.
Some attributes are conditionally required. These attributes become required only after selecting certain values in another attribute. For example, if Batteries Included is set to Yes, you may also need to enter the Number of Batteries.
The Amazon listing fulfillment type indicates who fulfills orders for the listing. Set the Fulfilled By attribute when creating the listing:
To find listings by fulfillment type, filter the Listings page by Fulfilled By. You can view either Merchant listings or Store listings. For Amazon, store listings refers to FBA listings.
You can change the fulfillment type between merchant and FBA. Follow these steps:
Goflow sends inventory updates to Amazon only for merchant listings. For FBA listings, Amazon tracks the inventory stored in its fulfillment centers, and Goflow retrieves the available quantities from Amazon.
When converting a listing from merchant to FBA, Goflow automatically sets the merchant inventory in Amazon to zero. This prevents Amazon from switching back to merchant fulfillment if FBA inventory becomes unavailable.
