Managing Extensiv 3PL Fulfillment

Integrate with Extensiv (3PL Central), a leader in cloud-based warehouse management, to enhance your fulfillment operations. Use an Extensiv warehouse to fulfill 3PL orders through Goflow.

Creating an Extensiv Warehouse

To create an Extensiv warehouse in Goflow, follow these steps:

  1. From the left sidebar, go to Directory › Warehouses.
  2. In the upper-right corner, click New Warehouse.
  3. Select 3PL as the Warehouse Type, and then select Extensiv 3PL.
  4. Enter a unique Warehouse Name.
  5. Enter the physical warehouse address.

To connect the warehouse, you'll need API credentials from Extensiv. These credentials are usually provided by your Extensiv representative in a text file. Review the file and locate the following values:

Enter each value exactly as provided, including any braces, dashes, or other formatting.

  1. Click Save.

Managing an Extensiv Warehouse

After creating the warehouse, you can configure the following settings:

Setting the Extensiv Retailer ID

You can include an Extensiv retailer ID with fulfillment requests. This allows Extensiv to identify the channel of the order and apply channel-specific rules, such as selecting the correct shipping account, shipping method, or packing slip.

Create a mapping between each store in Goflow and its corresponding retailer ID in Extensiv. Follow these steps:

  1. From the left sidebar, go to Directory › Warehouses and open the Extensiv warehouse.
  2. Click the pencil icon to edit Extensiv 3PL Store Codes.
  3. For each store, enter the corresponding Retailer ID configured in Extensiv.
  4. Click Save.

The Retailer ID is optional. Goflow can submit fulfillment requests to Extensiv without this mapping.

Importing Shipping Cost

Extensiv does not return shipping costs in shipment responses. To record shipping costs in Goflow, manually upload a shipping cost CSV file.
