Managing Product Images
Product images help you visually identify products in Goflow and populate channel listings with images.
Managing Images on a Single Product
Manage images directly on the product page. Follow these steps:
- From the left sidebar, go to Catalog › Products, and open the product.
- Scroll down to the Images section.
Add images using one of the following methods:
- Browse - Click Upload Image to select one or more image files from your local directory.
- Drag & Drop - Drag one or multiple image files onto the Upload Image button.
- Upload - Click the down arrow next to the Upload Image button and select Upload from URL. Enter a publicly accessible image URL so Goflow can access and download the image.
The order of images is important. The left-most image serves as the main product image displayed at the top of the product page and used as the primary image on mapped channel listings. Some channels limit the number of images displayed on a listing, so placing key images higher in the list ensures greater visibility and prominence.
Manage images as follows:
- Reorder - Drag images to change their position.
- Update - Click the pencil icon below the image, and click Replace Image or drag a new one over it.
- Delete - Click the bin icon below the image to delete it, and confirm deletion.
Managing Images in Bulk
Use a CSV file with image URLs to upload images for multiple products at once. The bulk upload supports up to 100K images per file. Each image URL must be publicly accessible, so Goflow can download and host the images on its own servers.
To import product images, follow these steps:
- From the left sidebar, go to Catalog › Products.
- In the upper-right corner, click Import › Import Product Images.
- Follow the general guidance for file uploads.
To add multiple images to the same product, repeat the same item number on separate rows. Sample file:

Upload Options
When you upload the file, choose whether to add more images or replace all existing product images.
To optimize performance, Goflow skips downloading images that were previously processed from the same URL. However, if the image behind a URL has changed and needs to be refreshed, select Update images from the same URL during upload.
