Store listings represent the items you offer on sales channels. Each listing is mapped to a single product in your Goflow product catalog, which serves as the central record for product information and inventory. If you sell the same item on multiple channels, each channel will have its own listing. However, all of those listings can be mapped to the same product in your Goflow catalog.
For exmaple, you may sell the same water bottle on multiple channels:
AMZ-BOTTLE-32WB-32-BLUEWMT-88421All three listings are mapped to the same Goflow product:
BOTTLE-32Mapping multiple listings to a single product allows you to manage product data and inventory in one central place. This provides several benefits:
To map a single listing, follow these steps:
If you enable order imports before listings are mapped, Goflow may import orders where the product is not yet known. In these cases, the order is placed in Review with the reason Listing Not Mapped. Once all listings in the order are mapped, the order automatically moves out of Review.
Units of measure define the quantity configurations by which a product can be sold. A store listing can be mapped either to a single unit of a product (Each) or to a case pack. When an order is placed for that listing, the order quantity reflects the mapped unit of measure.
When mapping a listing, the product default sales unit of measure is automatically prepopulated in the mapping modal.
To change the product mapped to a listing, you must first unmap the listing and then map it again to the new product.
To unmap a listing, follow these steps:
Unmapping a listing removes the product from all open orders containing that listing. Those orders are pulled out of their current workflow and moved to Review.
You can map multiple listings in bulk using a CSV file. Follow these steps:
Each row must include at least one listing identifier:
You do not need to include both headers. In most cases, the Store SKU is sufficient. The Listing ID is only required when multiple listings share the same Store SKU.
Because Listing IDs are often long numeric values that can be corrupted by Excel formatting, it is best practice to clear the Listing ID column and use only the Store SKU.
The sample file below demonstrates several listing mapping scenarios. The Comment column is included only to explain each example and would not normally be part of the upload file.

If you are concerned about the accuracy of your listing mappings, especially with large catalogs, you can enable mapping approval. This feature allows you review and approve mappings individually at the time it matters, i.e. when a sale is actually made.
When mapping approval is enabled, orders containing unapproved listings are placed in Review with the reason Listing Approval Required. Once you approve the mapping, subsequent orders for that listing will process normally and skip Review. If the listing is later remapped, the previous approval is revoked.
To prevent overselling, listings with unapproved mappings send to the channel a maximum quantity of 1.
