Connecting and Managing a UPS EasyPost Account
Connecting a UPS EasyPost account involves two key steps:

Obtain API Keys – Retrieve the required API keys from your EasyPost account.

Create the Account in Goflow – Enter the UPS account details into Goflow.
EasyPost offers two types of UPS accounts, and both can be connected to Goflow:

Your Own Account – A UPS account you own and connect to EasyPost.

EasyPost Owned Account – A UPS account owned by EasyPost. This account type usually offers competitive rates.
Third-party billing is not supported for EasyPost owned UPS accounts.
To copy the account keys from EasyPost, follow these steps:
- Log in to your EasyPost account.
- From the left sidebar, go to Account Settings.
- Select the API Keys tab from the top of the page.
- Under the Production API Keys section, click to copy the key.
- Select the Carriers tab from the top of the page.
- Choose either EasyPost Carrier Accounts or My Carrier Accounts.
- Copy the Account ID for the UPS account.
To create a UPS account in Goflow, follow these steps:
- From the left sidebar, go to Settings › Shipping.
- In the upper-right corner, click New Carrier.
- Select UPS from the list of carriers, then select EasyPost.
- Paste the API Key and Account ID into their respective fields.
- Enter a unique Account Name. This name is solely for internal reference, and does not need to match the company name registered with UPS. The name cannot be changed later.
- Click the Save button.
