As a Senior Listings Software Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and optimizing our e-commerce listing creation and management solutions. This role is ideal for a developer with several years of experience in e-commerce, a strong background in C# and .NET, and a deep understanding of building fault-tolerant integrations with external APIs.

As a Technical Support Engineer – API & Integrations, you will be responsible for assisting customers and internal teams with troubleshooting API integrations, marketplace connections, and technical issues. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in e-commerce software, experience working with third-party marketplace APIs, and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex integration challenges.

As a Technical Support Representative, you will provide frontline support to customers using Goflow’s Order Management System (OMS), Inventory Management System (IMS), and Shipping solutions. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring customers can effectively manage their e-commerce operations across multiple marketplaces and carriers.
