Technical Support Engineer – API & Integrations
As a Technical Support Engineer – API & Integrations, you will be responsible for assisting customers and internal teams with troubleshooting API integrations, marketplace connections, and technical issues. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in e-commerce software, experience working with third-party marketplace APIs, and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex integration challenges.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for customers and partners integrating with Goflow’s APIs and marketplace connections.
- Troubleshoot API-related issues, including authentication, rate limits, data mapping, and performance bottlenecks.
- Analyze and resolve marketplace integration errors (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, etc.), ensuring data synchronization and compliance.
- Work closely with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and best practices for API integrations and troubleshooting.
- Assist in testing and validating new API features and marketplace updates to ensure seamless functionality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Several years of experience in technical support or software engineering for e-commerce software or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) and integrations with third-party platforms.
- Familiarity with e-commerce marketplaces and order management systems.
- Experience with debugging tools, API monitoring, and log analysis.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, Python, or Node.js is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.) is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
