Orders & Usage

  • What counts as an order?

    Any order synced into Goflow from any sales channel is counted toward your plan’s monthly allowance.

  • How are store-fulfilled orders like FBA counted?

    Orders fulfilled by the channel — such as Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, TikTok FBT, or Shopify POS — count at half weight. For example, a plan with 10,000 orders includes up to 20,000 store-fulfilled orders.

  • Do I have to sync my store-fulfilled orders into Goflow?

    No, but we recommend it. Syncing all orders, including store-fulfilled ones, gives you full visibility into inventory and sales across channels, enabling accurate forecasting, better replenishment, and automation.

  • What counts as a wholesale order?

    Wholesale orders in Goflow are defined as orders coming from channels listed under Wholesale integrations. Many use EDI, but not all. All EDI orders are wholesale orders, but not all wholesale channels require EDI. Wholesale order capacity is included with most Scale plans.

  • What happens if I exceed my plan’s limit?

    Orders beyond your plan’s allowance are billed at a small per-order overage fee. If your volume grows consistently, upgrading to the next plan is usually more cost-effective.

  • Can I auto-upgrade if I expect higher volume?

    Yes. Accounts can be set to auto-upgrade in advance through billing or your customer success manager, eliminating overages during peak periods.

  • Can I downgrade if my volume drops?

    Yes. You can always move to a lower paid plan before the start of a new billing cycle.

Core Plan

  • Is Core really free forever?

    Yes. Core is a forever-free plan with no credit card required.

  • What does the 1,000 listings limit mean in Core?

    The limit only applies to new listings created with Goflow’s listing tools. You can sync unlimited existing listings from your channels.

  • What happens if I exceed the limit in Core?

    Orders above the 500 Core plan allowance cannot be processed until you upgrade to a paid plan. Orders are not lost, but they will be paused until your account has capacity.

  • Can I downgrade to Core after upgrading?

    No. Core is designed as an entry plan only and is not available once you expand into paid tiers.

Billing & Contracts

  • How is billing structured?

    Plans are billed monthly on the 1st. Notify us at least one business day before the next cycle to change or cancel your plan.

  • Do you require a long-term contract?

    All paid plans except Enterprise are month-to-month. Enterprise contracts are annual, with the option to pay monthly but a 12-month commitment.

  • Are there setup or implementation fees?

    No. We don’t charge for setup or implementation on any plan.

  • Are there EDI setup fees?

    Yes. EDI requires a one-time setup and testing fee, typically $500–$1,300 per connection, depending on complexity. This applies even for established accounts and is significantly lower than industry norms.

  • Are there any other costs outside of the subscription?

    The only additional costs are one-time setup fees for EDI, SFTP, or AS2 connections, and optional custom work such as document or label design, which are billed hourly.

  • What payment methods are supported?

    We accept credit card and ACH payments in USD.

Onboarding & Setup

  • How long does onboarding take?

    Most accounts are live in a few days. More complex operations may take longer.

  • Do I need developers or custom code for setup?

    No. All configuration is done through the UI. Carriers, warehouses, vendors, 3PLs, routing rules, and automations can be set up without custom development.

  • How are onboarding services provided?

    Our onboarding team works with you through virtual meetings, email, or phone. Services are flexible, included at no additional charge, and focused on getting you live quickly.

  • How does onboarding work for large, complex businesses?

    We support the full scope of enterprise operations — rules, syncs, shipping logic, carriers, warehouses, vendors, 3PLs, and more. Everything is configured in the UI, and Enterprise plans include dedicated onboarding and a named Customer Success Manager.
