Any order synced into Goflow from any sales channel is counted toward your plan’s monthly allowance.
Orders fulfilled by the channel — such as Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, TikTok FBT, or Shopify POS — count at half weight. For example, a plan with 10,000 orders includes up to 20,000 store-fulfilled orders.
No, but we recommend it. Syncing all orders, including store-fulfilled ones, gives you full visibility into inventory and sales across channels, enabling accurate forecasting, better replenishment, and automation.
Wholesale orders in Goflow are defined as orders coming from channels listed under Wholesale integrations. Many use EDI, but not all. All EDI orders are wholesale orders, but not all wholesale channels require EDI. Wholesale order capacity is included with most Scale plans.
Orders beyond your plan’s allowance are billed at a small per-order overage fee. If your volume grows consistently, upgrading to the next plan is usually more cost-effective.
Yes. Accounts can be set to auto-upgrade in advance through billing or your customer success manager, eliminating overages during peak periods.
Yes. You can always move to a lower paid plan before the start of a new billing cycle.
Yes. Core is a forever-free plan with no credit card required.
The limit only applies to new listings created with Goflow’s listing tools. You can sync unlimited existing listings from your channels.
Orders above the 500 Core plan allowance cannot be processed until you upgrade to a paid plan. Orders are not lost, but they will be paused until your account has capacity.
No. Core is designed as an entry plan only and is not available once you expand into paid tiers.
Plans are billed monthly on the 1st. Notify us at least one business day before the next cycle to change or cancel your plan.
All paid plans except Enterprise are month-to-month. Enterprise contracts are annual, with the option to pay monthly but a 12-month commitment.
No. We don’t charge for setup or implementation on any plan.
Yes. EDI requires a one-time setup and testing fee, typically $500–$1,300 per connection, depending on complexity. This applies even for established accounts and is significantly lower than industry norms.
The only additional costs are one-time setup fees for EDI, SFTP, or AS2 connections, and optional custom work such as document or label design, which are billed hourly.

No. All configuration is done through the UI. Carriers, warehouses, vendors, 3PLs, routing rules, and automations can be set up without custom development.
