Technical Support Representative
As a Technical Support Representative, you will provide frontline support to customers using Goflow’s Order Management System (OMS), Inventory Management System (IMS), and Shipping solutions. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring customers can effectively manage their e-commerce operations across multiple marketplaces and carriers.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with technical issues related to order management, inventory tracking, and shipping workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve OMS and IMS issues, including order syncing, stock discrepancies, and fulfillment processing.
- Support shipping and carrier integrations, ensuring proper label generation, tracking updates, and compliance with FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, and 3PLs.
- Guide customers through platform features and best practices, helping them optimize their operations.
- Log and track customer issues in internal support systems, escalating complex cases to higher-tier support or engineering as needed.
- Work closely with the customer success and product teams to improve system reliability and user experience.
- Assist with documentation updates, ensuring help articles and FAQs remain relevant and useful.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in technical support, customer service, or e-commerce operations.
- Familiarity with order management (OMS), inventory management (IMS), and shipping solutions.
- Understanding of e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify) and fulfillment processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
- Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
