Goflow Secures Strategic Investment to Build What’s Next for Multichannel Ecommerce

Goflow has secured a strategic investment from entrepreneur, investor, and Goflow Chief Growth Officer Yoni Mazor, marking an important step forward in our mission to make multichannel commerce easier to operate at scale.

The investment will accelerate our product roadmap, including new automation and AI capabilities, expanded connectivity, user customization, and continued growth among multichannel sellers worldwide.

For Goflow customers, the goal remains clear: take more operational work off your team’s shoulders while giving you greater visibility and control across your business.

A Strong Foundation for the Next Stage of Growth

Goflow was built around a straightforward idea: adding sales channels should expand your opportunity without multiplying the operational burden behind your business.

Today, our platform has supported more than:

These numbers represent years of building alongside high-volume sellers managing complex operations across marketplaces, direct-to-consumer storefronts, warehouses, carriers, accounting platforms, and fulfillment networks.

This investment gives us additional momentum to build on that foundation.

“We’ve spent years building the infrastructure that allows serious operators to run their channels as one connected operation,” said Max Hauer, CEO of Goflow. “We’re going to use this next chapter to move faster, build more, and continue raising the standard for what sellers should expect from their operating platform.”

Conviction Built From Firsthand Experience

Yoni Mazor brings 15 years of experience across ecommerce, software, and investing. Before joining Goflow as Chief Growth Officer, he scaled and exited an online retail business generating hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue. He later co-founded Getida, an Amazon FBA audit and reimbursement platform acquired by private equity in 2022.

That background gives him a firsthand understanding of the operational strain that comes with high-volume growth.

As sellers expand, each new channel introduces more inventory requirements, listing rules, fulfillment decisions, accounting workflows, reporting needs, user customizations, and opportunities for data to become disconnected.

“Goflow is the operating system I wish I had earlier in my journey,” Yoni said. “After seeing both the platform and the opportunity from the inside, I have tremendous conviction in what we are building and in Goflow’s potential to become the multichannel operating system of choice for sellers worldwide.”

His investment reflects more than confidence in the ecommerce market. It reflects confidence in Goflow’s technology, team, customers, and long-term vision.

Advancing Automation, Intelligence, and AI

The investment will support continued development across the Goflow platform, with an emphasis on automation, intelligence, AI-assisted operations, user customization, and expanded connectivity.

Our approach to AI is grounded in the real work ecommerce teams handle every day. We are focused on capabilities that can reduce repetitive tasks, identify operational issues sooner, improve visibility, and help teams make faster, better-informed decisions.

We’re not adding AI simply to check a box. We’re applying it where it can make a measurable difference in how sellers operate.

“AI creates an opportunity to rethink how much work an operating system can take off the shoulders of the people running an ecommerce business,” Max said. “We’re focused on applying it to real operational problems.”

That same principle guides the broader Goflow roadmap. We will continue working closely with customers to identify bottlenecks and develop practical solutions that help teams move faster without sacrificing control.

One Connected System for Every Channel

Multichannel growth creates enormous opportunity, but it also introduces complexity across nearly every part of an ecommerce business.

Goflow brings those moving parts into one connected platform. Sellers can manage listings, synchronize inventory, process orders, automate fulfillment, coordinate purchasing, connect accounting, and track performance without operating each channel through a separate system.

Our long-term vision is to make running many sales channels feel as connected and manageable as running one.

That means helping sellers replace disconnected tools and manual processes with centralized data, reliable automation, and a clear view of what is happening across their operations.

Moving Forward

This investment is a major milestone for Goflow, but the work ahead matters more.

We’re building for sellers whose businesses are becoming larger, faster, and more complex. Our responsibility is to absorb that complexity into the platform so their teams can maintain control and keep growing.

We’re grateful to the customers, partners, and team members who have helped Goflow reach this point. Their challenges, feedback, and ambition continue to shape what we build.

The next chapter will bring more automation, more intelligence, deeper connectivity, and new ways for ecommerce teams to run multichannel operations as one system.

And we’re excited to get to work.
